Jan Meinema
A sound designer and spatial audio specialist whose work spans immersive film sound, sound art installations, and field recording. His practice explores spatial composition and story telling — from surround and ambisonics techniques to the way spatial audio builds narrative, atmosphere, and immersive worlds on screen. He is Programme Leader for the MA Sound Design at Bath Spa University, where his research centers on spatial audio and contemporary sound design.
