Welcome to Cymatics.org

We do stuff with liquids and sound

Combining the two to reveal unique natural shapes & patterns. Images from our sound sculptures are created in real time
and without the aid of computers. Our work is inspired by Dr Hans Jenny, pioneer of Cymatics during the 50's & 60's.
Our work was most recently used on Peter Gabriels North American tour as part of the on-stage video projections.

Cymatics.org is the ongoing experimentation of Jan Meinema & Dan Blore.

Thankyou to everybody who has written to us expressing an interest in what we do, and for sharing your theories and ideas about Cymatics. We're sorry that we haven't been able to reply to you all. We appreciate your input and we've included some of your comments & ideas here.
